Delivery FAQs

Some yards are too small.
In order to successfully deliver the ootbox, we need to be able to access your space with a large delivery vehicle. Some backyards are not an option due to this limitation. Please be mindful of this when requesting a quote. Stay on our email list because we are developing a build-on-site option for hard-to-access spaces.

Every delivery is a unique distance and therefore a different price. To get the best estimate, we tell people to estimate about $4.00/mile from Columbus, Ohio, USA.
